There were nice location and rooms for a really nice stay. I loved the room with fireplace. The restaurant was nice, I tried excellent dishes. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Helen.

I was offered a room with gorgeous views of the road that ran right outside the hotel. My easy checkin was good.

I was met by energetic and thorough staff at the reception. The breakfast was tasty with the usual food options and gravy and biscuits, and the outdoor bar was a plus.

Plentiful breakfast, fairly clean hotel, perfect location near everything in town.

It was fairly clean & reasonably spacious hotel, pleasant staff and rooms. I thoroughly enjoyed that the room was huge with a jacuzzi. Totally awesome stay in a long time.

Exceptional location, impressive room and very efficient stuff, super bed. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, a fridge and a writing table. Absolutely superb breakfast, friendly service. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Also, Oktoberfest Festival is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

I loved the hotel - top location and highly courteous staff. The room was silent, clean facilities. The atmosphere created here was family. Superb services were available. Good restaurant and sushi bar on-site.

The property was fairly clean and comfortable, had very good staff and rooms.

The room was non-smoking with comfy beds.

The hotel was spacious, and the meals were excellent, I enjoyed the unbeatable location so close to this restaurant. The pool was good and I had cold drinks in the outdoor bar.

Everything was well-maintained except the room that could be cleaned.

Breakfast was unlimited, location was secure, staff was friendly attentive. I liked that utensils and cutlery were provided in the triple room. They made my stay exceptional. Had alcoholic coffee, tea, cocktails and martini in the poolside bar.

The hotel is in the quiet zone.

We loved the professional staff and brand-new room. Rooms with balcony, a jacuzzi, Refrigerator. The service was excellent and the food was good.

We loved good hot breakfast, extremely comfy room, ideal location. Reasonably spacious suite and very comfy bed. All staff were extraordinary service-minded! Hip new hotel and perfect service.

Staff was very supportive, room was efficient and we liked lovely location. Cereals, bacon, eggs and bakery for breakfast were spicy, and overall it was particularly good. The downstairs bar in the hotel had lots of wonderful martini, cocktails and tea throughout the day. Very good value for money, it was restful stay.

Would recomand this hotel, I would stay there again. Property is lovely and reasonably clean, has OUTSTANDING staff and location. It is found in an amazing area. Furthermore, it is easy walk to a miniature golf course.

we had 3 nights in helen, spend our time here excellently. it was nice to have coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator available.

Hardly a 10-minute walk from chattahoochee river, which was suitable for us. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like north georgia barbeque that was only 5 minutes' walk away: D

I had an amazing bed, so I slept well.
